Parent/Teacher Communication & Parental Access
Parents are often busy when dropping off and picking up their children from child care. Using the HiMama App, we are able to complement face-to-face communications with real time picture updates and digital daily reports, bridging the gap between learning that happens in our program and learning at home.
Teachers are also available to speak to parents at drop-off and pick-up as ratios allow. If you would like to discuss a situation with your child’s teacher privately, please make an appointment at the office and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Teachers are also able to contact you by phone during the day if necessary.
Parent/Teacher conferences will be conducted in the fall and spring for children ages 12 months and older. This will give you the opportunity to see your child’s progress report and examples of their work.
If you have any questions regarding your child, please do not hesitate to speak with the teacher or with Administration. It is important to keep the lines of communication open between parents and all of the staff at NorthRidge Academy!
Parents and guardians have access to the facility during all hours of operation for any reason, at any time!
