NorthRidge Academy is blessed to have an excellent group of teachers caring for the children at our school. Many of our teachers have been with us for three or more years and genuinely love each child they encounter.

Our Lead teachers have had previous experience and training in age-appropriate developmental activities. Many of our Lead teachers have earned Child Development Associates while attending college in the ECAAP program, sponsored by NorthRidge Academy.

All Aides are qualified to assist teachers in the various learning experiences both within and outside of the classroom. Many of our Aides are in training to become Leads and are eager to learn the daily routine of the Lead teachers.

In addition to formal education, all teachers receive yearly Early Childhood Inservice hours, CPR/1st Aid training, and have passed a KBI background check.
