What happens if I pickup my child late?

We are licensed for childcare until 6pm daily. Due to Kansas Department of Health and Environment regulations, we are fined if we keep children past that time. Parents are responsible for those fees,

The late fee after 6pm will be assessed based on the following schedule:

Time of Pickup	Late Fee
6:01-6:05pm	$15 per child
6:06-6:10pm	$25 per child
6:11-6:15pm	$35 per child
6:16-6:20pm	$45 per child
6:21-6:25pm	$50 per child
6:26-6:30pm	$55 per child
6:31-6:35pm	$60 per child
6:36-6:40pm	$70 per child
6:41-6:45pm	$80 per child
6:45-7:00pm	$150 per child

K5 ends at 3:30pm daily. A late fee of $5 will be assessed if children are picked up late, as your child must be placed in a childcare/latchkey room. Please refer to the “Hours” section of this brochure for specific start and end times.
